On appeal the Supreme Court will review the evidence in the light most favorable to the party prevailing below. 2. Trusts — Exchange of property by trustee. Where all the parties interested in trust property as beneficiaries consent to the exchange of trust property for other property, a trustee may exchange such trust property for other property. 3. Trusts — Authority to sell gives authority to exchange. There the trust agreement gives the trustee authority to sell and dispose of property, he may exchange it. 4. Trusts — Employment of attorney. A trustee may employ an attorney at the expense of the trust. 5. Quieting Title — Judgment sustained by evidence. In action to determine ownership of, and quiet title to, land which defendant, acting as plaintiffs' agent, allegedly fraudulently had conveyed to defendant's wife instead of to plaintiffs, judgment for defendants was sustained by the evidence.
